Even though WebPathLab is configured to your internal business rules, there are instances where the customer has specific needs that requirement a custom solution.
How it works
We develop a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) that details the scope of work need to satisfy the customer’s need. This includes mock-ups and flow chart in order to make sure that the customer knows that we understand exactly what they need. This practice of using a TRD has been very helpful in avoiding errors, and making sure we develop exactly what is required by the customer. Once it is developed, that solution is integrated into the WebPathLab solution.
